Please note, all the packages advertised are based on single story houses within the Perth metropolitan area. The building must have adequate cabling access to each device, this will be determined by Rapid Alarms, All camera installation locations must be under the main building primary roof structure, any extra requirement outside of the above can be discussed with one of our staff members.

What is the image quality of the cameras?
Your choice of cameras will determine the image quality of your system, our security cameras start from 6 megapixel and run right through to 8 megapixel 4K resolutions. As a reference your HD free to air channels run on 1080P with is equivalent to 2 megapixel. This means our entry level camera are 3 x better quality that your HD TV station.
How much do CCTV camera systems cost?
We realize that everyone has different expectations when it comes to the cost of a CCTV system, hence we offer a wide range of products from different manufacturers to accommodate for this. We have 4 camera packages starting from as little as $1395.00.
Where do the cameras get installed?
We recommend that you allow your qualified security camera installation technician liaise with you onsite to determine the best installation locations to achieve optimum performance from your CCTV cameras.
How many cameras will I need?
Depending on your site security requirements, we typically recommend starting with 2 cameras at the front of your property, this will do a good job of capturing people entering and existing your property. This is the cheapest option for a CCTV system. If you are requiring more security we then move to 4, 6 & 8 camera systems.
What is the warranty of the CCTV cameras?
All of our CCTV camera brands come with a minimum of 3 years hardware warranty, by investing your hard earned money with a Rapid Alarms CCTV camera system, you can be rest-assured that in the years to come, your property is well protected and safe from crime.
How do I setup a new phone with the app?
We understand that people change phone quite regularly, the means you may need to install the apps again to restore remote access to your CCTV camera, our apps are super user friendly and easy to use, depending on your product selection, you will either need to re-scan a QR code or simply download the app and sign into your account.
Are there any subscriptions to view my cameras with an app?
At Rapid Alarms we believe that when you purchase a CCTV system, you own that system and should not have to pay ongoing fees, while other providers may charge fee. Rapid Alarms will setup and handover your CCTV app during your installation for free.
How many users can remote view the cameras at the same time?
Remote viewing can be easily done by up to 3 users simultaneously without issue,keep in mind your local and remote internet connection must have adequate bandwidth to facilitate these connections, typically NBN connections in Perth can support this.
